Neal Signature Homes Announces Grand Opening of Tideline
Portion of Home sales to benefit Hope Village of Manatee
LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. (February 25, 2025) - Southwest Florida luxury home builder Neal Signature Homes announces the grand opening of Tideline, a 29-home boutique community in West Bradenton offering four luxury semi-custom home floor plans, ranging in size from 2,562-3,861 square feet, with pricing starting in the high 900s.
The community officially opens with a celebration in the new designer-decorated Ravenna model catered by Morton’s from 11am-2pm on Saturday, March 1st. An RSVP is requested.
Located at 9th Avenue NW near Palma Sola Bay in West Bradenton, Tideline will be surrounded by pristine waters and the beauty of nature preserves just minutes to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island.

In addition, a commitment of $10,000 will be made for every home sold at Tideline to Hope Village of Manatee, a development of Help to Home, Inc. The 53-unit housing community will provide temporary housing for low-income families with minor children who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. The program also provides mentoring, monitoring and case management to help the families escape the threat of homelessness. This commitment is part of a larger $500,000 overall donation from Neal Communities to Hope Village, with the initial $210,000 donation being made in April of 2024.

Among the floorplans available at Tideline is the Positano 2, the Genoa, the Ravello and the Ravenna, which is the floor plan of the model available to tour. Homes range from 2,562-3,861 square feet and offer between 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3 baths. Starting prices range from $988,990 to $1,089,990, before homesite and upgrades.
