Neal Signature Homes Breaks Ground on Homes in EVERLY, a New Neighborhood in Wellen Park
Southwest Florida luxury home builder Neal Signature Homes has broken ground in EVERLY, a gated neighborhood of single-family homes with private amenities in the master planned community of Wellen Park, located along West Villages Parkway and Manasota Beach Road.
Neal Signature Homes is building two models that will illustrate its eight available floor plans for the community. These newly designed models will showcase fresh concepts in Florida living. With more than 3,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space in each, the two model homes will feature multiple en suite bedrooms, expansive living spaces and enhanced outdoor living. One model will include an optional casita, showing how this flexible additional space can be for multi-general family living, a live-in nanny or accommodate guests. Both models will be professionally decorated, reflecting modern lifestyles and options for working from home and multigeneration living.
The Ravenna model will feature natural tones with pops of coral, and the Palm Bay model will have a modern farmhouse look accented with shades of green. Both models are expected to be completed by the end of March 2024, but homesites are available for purchase now.
Ranging from 2,562 to 4,214 square feet, Neal Signature Homes’ floor plans at EVERLY will be bright, airy and spacious with an abundance of natural light and the builder’s characteristic blend of indoor and outdoor living. Customizable options will allow homeowners to personalize their homes. Homesites will span 75-feet or 85-feet with select lots fronting along a 50-acre lake for prime sunset views.
