Neal Signature Homes sells last new construction home in Country Club East and announces The Alcove at Waterside
Neal Signature Homes recently celebrated a milestone by selling its last new construction home in Country Club East.
Located in the Prestbury neighborhood of Country Club East in the master-planned community of Lakewood Ranch, the final home sold was Neal Signature Homes’ Santa Cruz floor plan, a one-story plan that offers 2,935 square feet of living space.
Country Club East opened in 2008, with Neal Signature Homes serving as one of seven builders in the community. Neal Signature Homes has built on homesites within multiple neighborhoods at Country Club East, building a total of 309 homes at the community. (Neal Communities has also built another 231 homes at Country Club East in addition to the homes built by Neal Signature Homes.)
Lakewood Ranch is the best-selling master-planned community in the United States, according to national real estate consulting firm RCLCO’s 2021 mid-year survey. In the first half of 2021, Lakewood Ranch saw 1,535 new home sales, an increase of 83% over last year’s numbers.
This is the first time that Lakewood Ranch has been ranked number-one overall by RCLCO. For the past three years, it’s been the best-selling multi-generational master-planned community in the country.
The Alcove at Waterside in Lakewood Ranch will soon be Neal Signature Homes’ next venture. Located in Lakewood Ranch’s Waterside Village, this well-situated neighborhood will provide residents with easy access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues. Neal Signature Homes recently closed on the land for the new neighborhood, which is planned to open in early 2023.
This Neal Signature community of lakeside homes will feature elegant floor plans inspired by British West Indies and coastal architecture that offer homebuyers a range of options for customization in the designs. Spacious, private homesites will enjoy magnificent water views from any angle.
